I've been with sky for at least 3 years now & had no issues until last week when the WiFi started intermittently cutting on & off. It seems to be fine at the weekends but during the week it's sometimes unusable.
rang customer services & they are sending out an engineer but there only solution seemed to be working towards making my already high bill even higher.
