Discussion topic: There is no WiFi or internet even though the light is switched on. I have unplugged and rebooted.

There is no WiFi or internet even though the light is switched on. I have unplugged and rebooted.

There is no WiFi and no internet therefore I am unable to watch TV. The white light is on but there is no connection. I have tried rebooting and resetting the box and even switched it off. Please help
