No wifi or phone line

Ive had 3 days of wifi going down and no phone line but tests on sky status checker show no issue in my area.

Tried unplugging and resetting and nothing works.

 

Cant get the tv to connect to bbc iplayer either - connection issue is showing on status checked but never had this issue before!

@sarja what are the leds on the hub tenlling you? See https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

 

If the hub is showing no connection to the exchange call Sky to report the fault if the leds show it is connected but nothing is working unpluug the hub for 60 minutes which should reset the connection if it doesnt call Sky.

All lights are green.

Voice goes amber so i unplug and plug back and it goes green which fixes the phone til next time.

 

I just can't get wifi to work despite it being green and no issues in the area.

Ive unplugged, pressed the button on the side and reset the router and nothing.
