My sky hub is on and tests say connection is good. My devices are not connected and say no internet. I have connected all back to the router with still no internet but apparently my internet is fine. I need this sorted asap!

If the leds arecshowingbthen hub as connected to the exchange but no data flows power down the hub for 60 minutes as thst should resolve it. If it doesn't call Sky to report the issue.
