My router is connected and not showing any red lights but I have no wifi. Ran and check and sky says there's no problem but it also says that there are no devices connected and that's not true. Cannot access anything on the internet. Have switched off and on again etc.

Try holding the reset button on the rear of the hub for 30 seconds
