Struggling with wifi service when connected with mobile device
When connected to home wifi on a mobile phone its extremely slow loading anything, for example E-mail content, internet banking, i generally give up and turn wifi off using my phone network instead, my husband & son also have the same issue on there phones when connected to the broadband?

Usually two causes to this
1. Sky Shield, try disabling it
2. iCloud relay, try disabling it
