Hi
I live in Buckinghamshire (Pitstone) and for the last 10 days we have had issues where the wifi for our entire village and surrounding areas have lost internet for days at a time. Currently have had no internet since yesterday 7pm and as someone who is home based for work, my work is now starting to suffer from it.
I cant ring SKY from home to troubleshoot the wifi signal as I dont get phone signal at my house whatsoever and the online tools say there are no issues - can someone advise on what I am supposed to do please?
This is happening with all internet providers in this area but we are unable to contact Openreach directly as they are a supplier.
Please advise urgently.
Thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou could call Sky from your Sky Talk landline by dialling 150 free. If this is a large outage there may be mention of it on Skys Twitter or Facebook pages.
This link outlines auto compensation for when there is a total loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation
If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full working days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it, It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your account.
