The internet light on my sky hub is off. I have tried all the troubleshooting suggested. I ran the sky router recovery software but no luck with any of that. On my device it says connected but the connection is not actually working. I can't even see how to make contact to talk to an actual person in sky just the virtual assistant! Any suggestions?
