No wifi conbection
The light on the router is white i am using my phones mobile data to connect

@Senga1 a white light on the Sky Max hub means tge hub is connected to the exchange. Check your phone is set to connect via the Sky hub by going into its WiFi settings. Some phones have a setting which prioritises the mobile connection where thst is faster check that is not the issue on iPhones it is down at the bootim of the mobile settings calledcsomething like WiFi assist.
Rarely the hub can be connected but not passing data if other devices than your phone cannot connect then power down the hub for an hour which normally clears that fault.
