No wi-fi

For over a week now my WiFi is losing connection every night between 7 and 9pm.  Checks are all fine, some devices work others don't.  Phone does connect even though it says it is.  Have to reset skyq.  So infuriating, I'm paying for high speed broadband that doesn't work!!!

Hi @Tracky-22

Do any lights change on your hub during the time? Do all devices not work or just some?

Re: No wi-fi

Usually all lights are still in n and it's all devices that go off.  Service checker says everything is fine but nothing actually works.

@Tracky-22 soundds like the issue isinterference from neighbouring networks at peak times. While rebooting the Sky hub can help in the short term as it makes the hub choosecthe least congested WiFi channels you relly need to consider improving the WiFi in your home. Sky sell a package called WiFi Max which can help if your home is suitable and does not have solid brick internal walls. Alternatively you can buy third party wifi systems abd usecthose.
