I'm having problems with my wi-fi. Neither my sky q box or phone work when trying to use it. All three lights on my router are green and i've run the test and it says theres no promlem detected. Any suggestions?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mi11 this a known issue which is usual fixed by powering down your hub for an hour. This changes the server port on Sky's network which is where the fault is.
