I rang sky to upgrade my broadband to something faster.. very busy household and a booster (I paid for off sky) and still everything is slow or TV buffers all the time.. anyway!! The broadband I am on now is the best I can get in my area she said on the phone (superfast) I want to cancel and go with someone who can provide what I want... I have 6 months left on contract, I wonder what the cancellation charge would be? Anyone else had an issue where you can't upgrade?
