No signal

I am getting sick since changing to this new white box which is meant to be better than the one I had. I've never had such bad signal. I never ever had this problem with the black box for all of a sudden I am with this one and I have the Wi-Fi extender which is doing absolutely nothing

@Nicholamcgovern if you have boughtvthe Sky WiFi Max packagecand havecan extender pod which isnt giving you WiFi in every room call Sky as after taking you through a few questions shouldcarrangecto sendcannengineer out to see what is wrong

Yeah I have the booster also it's been ongoing since it's changed to the new box my old box I never had any issues with

@Nicholamcgovern If this has all been a recent change and the older sky Hub was suitable and working for everything the just put it back on!
