No service

No service since activation date, impossible  to get a response from (PROVIDERS) hope I get refund and let me go to someone who can provide  me with broadband.

@Lawrence+Craven you need to talk to Sky to find out why the activation has not been completed. Switching provider often slows things down if the issue is with Openreach who own the network used to connect customers and your new provider is using the same line..

 

To help I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
