No routing for fibre

I had Openreach attend my property for upgrading from superfast to full fibre but when they got here they said they couldn't install the cable from the telegraph pole out the back to my bedroom at the

front of the house (I love in a shared house) so they cancelled the install and I ended up going with virgin fibre which was dead easy to install and connected to my sky q box, but now they want me to return the packaging but I can't see a way to get a returns label to post it back as there's no direct number to call and that chat assistant is useless, any ideas how to get hold of them as they keep messaging me to return it or get charged but you can't reply to the text messages, 😡
