@Jen-Jens95That is all you can do as the unit will need to be replaced.

@Skuki  If the Open reach box or ONT is not showing any power when you push the power button then you will have to call Sky and get them to have Openreach come out and fit another ONT.

I have the same issue. No power/lights on the Openreach box. Tried all the cables and resetting. It just went dead 🙈

@sorrill same advice as aboveSky will have to get the ONT sorted for you. To make that easy I have escalated your post to a Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch later today offering an online chat through the forum where a chat icon should appear.

Sky's own engineers are increasingly doing this work rather than always getting Openreach out.

Re: No power to Openreach box

Hi, I called Sky and an OpenReach engineer has since been out to replce the faulty equipment. Thanks for your help. It would be useful if there was an easier way to expediate such a simple yet paralysing issue.

Re: No power to Openreach box

I have the problem and I have found the power supply to be very temperamental. On mine one of the live or neutral pins on the plug has come loose and needs adjusting to get it to work. Not an ideal solution and no idea how to get a new power supply.

@Chris12235 simply call Sky and report that the ONT power supply is not reliably powering the unit. Sky's customer services should then report the issue to Openreach who will arrange for an engineer to come out to check the unit and replace it if necessary.
