Hi,
Has anyone experienced issue with no power / lights showing on Openreach box?
Tried in same socket as the Sky router so know there is power available via socket. Seems like either plug or box itself is the issue.

What kit & package do you have? Do you have the old white Openreach modem that plugs into the telephone socket or do you have FTTP with the white Openreach box on the wall

I have FTTP so it's the white box on the wall.
I was in conversation with Sky Expert but the chat bubble is no longer available and I don't know how to get it back

does it take time for the chat bubble to appear once you have escalated it? I've tried logging out and back in but still not appearing

There is no power to the open reach box. The plug is working as plugged other things in.

I have the same issue there is no power to the openreach box. Socket is working fine. I have reset but nothing.

I had the same problem this morning. It was working fine, then just went dead!
It then took me forever to find the number to call Sky customer services, but when I got through they arranged for an engineer to come our on Tuesday.
Shame that they don't have the failsafe solution like BT that can trip into the 4G router! I now have to travel to somewhere with Internet to let me work...but its not the end of the world!

just come home and the openreach box has no power/no lights on box. Tried the plug & that's not the problem. Is there anything I can do except to call sky & probably have to get a engineer out?
