No number s for customer service works.

Trying to call aky as my subscription ends soon but eveey number thats listed does not work how am i meamt to getvthis sortes if no bloody number will connevt me to customer service? Its a joke

@M1981   It's your discounts that end, not your contract/subscription.

 

You can Sky call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

That not answer my question about the 0333 numbers and my email tells my my contract is finished from 13th sept and i do not wish to re knew it as this is so long winded trying to speak to someone about this when no numbers actually work!!

@M1981 by notvworking they dont connect yo Sky or you are having issues getting through to an agent. If the latter the lines do get busy but simply stay on the line and dont accept offers of texts etc.

 

Alternstively post details your problem and forum members maybe able to help but if we cant superusers can escalate the issue to a Sky team but we cant do thst without knowing the issue first.
