No network connection
I can't get any network connection. Status says connection to broadband router is good but there's no connection to Internet, on my router I have three green light's and the forth has turned orange, I have tried turning the power off at the mains on the router and the sky Q box for over a minute and then turning it back on but nothing changes its been like this for about 4 hours now.

This explains the lights on the hubs:

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
