No network connection for sky TV but we have full internet on hub

No network connection on TV and yet SKY hub has internet connection

If other devices are connected to your internet connection without any issues then have you tried turning the TV ff and on again ?

@Linda173 & @Paula8881 if the Sky hub is connected and other devices can connect but the TV doesnt then check the TV's network connection
