Discussion topic: No landline after installation of fibre internet

Had fibre internet installed on Thursday and just realised my landline is not working. No dial tone on phone. Tried calling from my mobile and i can hear the number ringing but nothing coming through to landline. Cant get through on Sky helpline number as its out of order.

@Moblopo Is there a voice light on your hub? Is this lit up? Have you plugged your phone into the back of the hub using the UK phone port?

Hi, yes the voice light is on. All phone plugs in same place as before fibre installed.
