House move needed to be reversed

I received the following message from you on Saturday afternoon:

 

"Hi its Sky, your broadband is due to Cease at your current property in 5 days. If you wish to change or cancel this date, you will need to contact us within the next 48 hours as after this we can longer action this request. Visit http://www.sky.com/trackmyorder for more information"

However,  I've tried to contact you this morning but you're having technical difficulties it seems and your message says to "call back tomorrow" but this will be past the 48 hour window.

Please confirm that the request to cancel the above can still be actioned.

@Ryan39  You're only asking other customers, I'd say they you're going to be toom late to reverse the line cewase now in any case.

 

Unfortunatley due to issues at Sky line & systems are currently down, I would attempt to contact them again later today.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
