Poor internet

Since moving from BT internet to sky, the internet has been really poor. Im not happy with the service at all. 
Please bare in mind that when i was with BT the package was 500MB. I had no problems with BT. 
I have a better package bow but the internet is appalling. Its effecting TV, my work.

@Marcia62 it is unlikly that the issue is the broadband servicecitself far more likely is that the WiFi connection from your hub to your devices is the issue. While you can cancel if you are still in thecw1 day cooling off period before doing somtalk to Sky as they should becable to help by  supplying WiFi extenders which come as part of their WiFi Max add-on which theyboften discount for people in your pisition.
