No internet

Green light indicating that their is power to the hub, nothing else. Sky helpline is ridiculous. I need to have either a new hub or an engineer. Automated service, does not allow for this to be booked.

@Ruthie78 You are correct, you need to call, hold on for ever until connected, report your fault when you are speaking with the sky Customer Service agent just NO other way to do it! Also try switching your hub off for 5 minutes to let it lose power and then back on, you have nothing to lose as you say it's not working at all for you!
