Connected to the hub but no internet

Orange lights on the router under internet and voice. 

allthough the hub is seen to connect to, internet is inoperational.

@Leeta using a mobile run the service checker in the My Sky app as thst can tell you if Sky arexaware of an issue affecting your line. If they arent and the app offers no further help call Sky.
