Hello I am trying to set up my broadband but my internet light is not on

@Anna1235 New today or not, link below for the electronic version and hopefully this is you activation day, or you have been advised as such, and up to midnight still takes effect, if you were advised it's like Tuesday then jumping the gun does not work.
