How can I request a wifi extender?

Hello,

I pay for wifi max and would like to request an extender as i recieve poor signal upstairs in my house. I've tried to access this via the website but seem to be sent in circles.

You would need to call sky on 150 from your sky landline or

@Reisky222 There is NO access via web site it's a call to sky and let's get it done, they do run a check when you are on the call to them. Any how all the details below should you care to read or need.
