Discussion topic: No internet

No internet

My internet has dropped out. Everything is connected correctly, i've tried the unplugging/plugging, resetting, diagnosis tests etc and nothing is helping. 
Connection diagnosis says there's a problem with my connection, on the Wifi hub power light is green, Internet is flashing amber, wifi is green and voice is amber... and doing a broadband test says nothing is wrong... 

please help, i work from home and need internet.

Its worth adding that for customers working from home remember that Sky Broadband is a domestic service so you won’t receive any extra or quicker support.
