WiFi / internet keeps going

For best part of a week now the internet keeps failing. I'm having to send this whilst using 4g as it just wouldn't work on WiFi.

Same here . We are in leic le2.    And sky already been to us a few times past few weeks .  But gone down again.   And the sky checker says they gave a problem.  ?
