No internet

Very slow Internet from sky hub.

Followed all advice.

Hub connected direct to master socket when WiFi would connect but no internet.

Tried reset of hub now WiFi will not connect at all.

Please advise.

I'm having the same issue. It's been going on since Friday and I can't find any advice that's helped.

I have the same issue despite 3 engineer visits in Nov and changing package / router etc. Sky stream tv crashed 54 times over the space of 4 - 5 hours!! I have 2 daughters who need the internet for school / college work - we are getting messages from sky saying there is  a problem, but each engineer assured us problem was fixed. My package is currently sky superfast - what a joke. They all say issue is with the connection from junction box to hub, but no engineer checked any of the copper wiring from top of the pole through to the house and into the hub...
