Hello I've had no internet connection for over a week, I was expecting a sky engineer to come out today to have a look at the problem but no one showed up, I'm very unhappy with my service

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf an Openreach engineer has been takes for this then usually the fault will have been detected outside of your property so you will have to call Sky to find out what is happening with this.
