Won't have internet for over two weeks
I am moving house and Sky have said that they won't install my internet until the 19th, what am I meant to do until then? I find it kind of ridiculous I'll have to pay the full amount for the month when I won't have the usage for nearly three weeks? Can Sky help with something temporary until then?
I find this to be really unfair.

Re: Won't have internet for over two weeks
@chazzaelphie Did you tell Sky at least 2 weeks prior to moving that you are doing so as Openreach need at least 10 working days notice for broadband installation/activation.
Sky can't provide a temporary solutions.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
