No internet
We have no internet connection. The wi fi box is orange, but your tests say everything is working correctly. We have rebooted both the router and the wi fi box with no luck. This means I can't use the internet for my work and we also cannot watch tv. Please help.

Re: No internet
At the time of night you've all posted it could be maintenance taking place. Whenever possible this is carried out overnight to keep disruption to a minimum as most customers are asleep. If it hasn't returned by the time the phone lines open in the morning give Sky a call to report it.
There is no compensation for 'lost revenue'. Sky Broadband is a domestic set up.
If it isn't maintenance and a fault, the below link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation
If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when you notify Sky of the fault, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account (from 01/04/24 the rates are £9.76 per day).

Re: No internet
It's not a maintainance thing as this happens during the day everyday! As for compensation they will have to pay/take off as we're paying for a service were not getting, also wifi guaranteed, which is in the contract!
