This is day 2 of my internet not working properly! There is an amber light on the box, the internet and voice . I've unplugged it from the mains that many times and it's still not sorted, I've run checks and it's saying there is no problem. It's an absolute joke, the price we are charged and the rubbish service we are provided! I'll be looking elsewhere!!
