I received an email from sky on the 2nd of August outlining with entitlement to compensation due to ongoing issues with getting my sky tv and broadband connected we had being going back and forth with sky and openreach since January with no solution. The email stated I would receive the compensation within 30 days to either my bank, cheque or credit (which is no good to me as I don't have sky connected) so basically my question is what are the chances of me actually getting this compensation?
