No internet

I can't get internet - orange light - however green lights for power and wifi. No TV apps. Turned it on and off but still nothing.

I've had the same problem since 9am, apparently there's a fault in the area and open reach are aware. Been informed hope to be resolved within 2 days, though no update online since 10.30am.

Two working days (not weekends) is the Openreach target time to remedy domestic broadband faults.  There won't be any updates until they've reported back to Sky.
