No internet. No broadband issues in area. Gone through the step bu step guide several times but still no connection. Very very light/dim green internet light sometimes. Help!

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

I've done all the tests several times. Only once did it acknowledge an issue but then changed to green to say all was ok. I had the option to book an Engineer but the button to click through to time and date wasn't working. Over a week of intermittend internet is no good.
Any other way I can speak to someone over the phone or live chat?
