Hi,
since moving the broadband across to the fibre, faster speeds broadband, the broadband has been terrible. We're having to turn off WI-FI on our phones and use our data as there's not always connection to our phones. My sons struggle to play if computers due to lost connection. When I check my broadband through sky, it says there's no issues??? Surely this can't be the case, it's only happened since upgrading broadband.
