No internet

Currently have issues with my sky hub, the power and Wi-Fi lights are green but my internet light isn't on and I can't access the internet.

I have tried running the test but it says everything is ok, which it is not! 
any help with this would be much appreciated thanks.

Quickest solution would be to call but if you prefer we can escalate your post on the forum to chat with a Sky rep
