Sky Stream, fibre to house. Router Dropping Out

My outer drops out approximately on a weekly basis. We lose TV and WiFi. Is this normal? Is there anything I need/can do about it?

@PeterRey if you are using an ios device and Safari there is a bug. Try another device but if stuck with an i{hone try Chrome.
