No internet

I currently have no internet service. Tested wifi and broadband, your test says there is a problem but offers no help in solving the problem and then you say it's all fine. Clearly not fine as I have NO internet. Power and wifi lights are on on my router, internet light is not on. Yes I've turned it off and on again.
