No internet

No internet. Wifi light is green but internet light is orange. Connected devices internet not working.

@Helen4463 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

I have run the broadband check and it says there's nothing wrong with it.

@Helen4463  Did the service checker say anything when running the broadband test. There is clearly something wrong with your broadband.

Yes, I know there is clearly something wrong with it but the broadband checker said everything looked good that's why I'm here.

It's happening to lots of people, and I must say I find it very interesting that - at least in our little town - it's the very same week that Broadband Max became available. For which you need a new box. Intentional equipment deprecation, per chance?
