No internet. Wifi light is green but internet light is orange. Connected devices internet not working.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

I have run the broadband check and it says there's nothing wrong with it.

Yes, I know there is clearly something wrong with it but the broadband checker said everything looked good that's why I'm here.

It's happening to lots of people, and I must say I find it very interesting that - at least in our little town - it's the very same week that Broadband Max became available. For which you need a new box. Intentional equipment deprecation, per chance?
