The internet light on my hub is off, with the other two green. There are no apparent issues in my area so I did all the tests more times than I can count, unplugged the phone line etc and switched box on and off multiple times and there's still no Internet light on at all. It has now been more than 24 hours that the internet has been down. There was no apparent reason for it, working one second and not the next. Obviously as there is no internet I have no WiFi so none of my sky tv channels are working as my sky Q box can't connect and can't get WiFi on my phone so I'm not sure what to do

I've got same issue in south London. It's been very frustrating. I've followed the advice but no success and I've had no clarity from Sky about what the issue is

Same in Pembrokeshire, why do they always say there isn't an issue in your area. When clearly there is lol.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Matyp , @Pugsnotdrugs , @RebeccaW75 & @RebeccaW75 given Sky have over 6 million customers at any one time statistically it is certain several thousand will have line problems for unrelated reasons. In all probability your faults have different causes.
However what you should do is the same first log into thecMy Sky app using a mobile connection and run the connection test as that will tell you if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line. If that is negstive call SkybtoSky to report the issue so they can get Openreach to check what is wrong. Dont worry if you cannot report the fault tonight as nothing can be done until tomorrow.
