Adress

I just re joined Sky, but the address they are sending my equipment is the old address, we have now moved, **bleep** do I re-direct the delivery?

If you were away for a year or more then you should have signed up as a new customer but as this apepars not to be the case you will need to call Sky as they might have to cancel the order as the address the equipment will be sent to is the one when the broadband would be activated.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
