Presuming you don't mean your bill was paid after a failed payment try the following:-

You can also use the MySky app.

To check on local outages.
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

To run the local checker.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start (do run all tests)

@Bradley42
If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community, which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here.

If you actually mean your services were restricted and you've now paid the bill …

▪️have you also set up a new continuous payment method?
▪️after your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.

@Bradley42  First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
