Having a similar issue. PON light is flashing green. Same on the Hub. Only just had it installed yesterday

@sdg2020 @P7 You both have a connection issue with the service back to the exchange, you could try the service checker to see if area fault is reported but that does take time to filter through the sky system.

 

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby

I have a red LOS light on my openreach box, everything went down about 10pm this evening. Took about 50 mins for the sky service checker to realise something was wrong and actually let me book an engineer to come out.
