No internet
My internet has dropped today, having previously done so at the end of August 4/5 nights in a row - there are no known issues in the area, all lights are green apart from Internet and all normal troubleshooting procedures followed.
Previously it took me to book an engineer, which I did but no engineer ever turned up! But now it shows that I still have an engineer booked in? The problem usually resolves itself after a period of time, however I have never had such issues with my previous providers! Any help would be much appreciated.

Re: No internet
@Down5y7 You may just have to switch off the Sky Hub for a few hours if you can, it may be having an issue with the path it is trying to use!
When the Internet light is Amber or out, then for sure there is a connection issue from your hub to sky, that can be anywhere and nothing to do with you, especially if it happens to be an area fault!
Getting it continuosly then time to start looking, so the two helps below for you to do.
If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
And if nothing shows. then it's a call sky and have them run move advanced diagnostics from there side!
