Problem

 I don  a  service check on my broadband  and it says a problem  with your broadband

@skygo123455678 What problem did it say to you! Either poor connection to a wireless wi-fi device, a speed issue to the sky Hub, a speed issue to devices etc!!!!

It just say ourrage in with broadband

If you have no working broadband connection and there is an outage in your area then I'm afraid you will have to wait until it is fixed by Openreach who sim to repair such issues within 2-3 working days.
