No internet

Not sure if Sky is down for everyone . However my Sky hub has no internet light on and the voice light it Orange.

 

did the broadband tests which are telling me the WiFi is fine - it's not I've reset it twice and unplugged it .

 

anyone got any ideas or is it not just me that has no internet atm ?

@Ren96  How long ago did you try the broadband test after you lost your connection? Was it more or less than 1 hour?

Sky Broadband supplies six million addresses and yours is the only such post this morning, so probably not.

Mine has gone down too. It was working until around 30 mins ago. 
I've done all the usual steps and it is saying there aren't issues in my area etc.

Update: Service is down in this area - it's across all SP's, not just Sky.

Same here. Tried service checker. Says all fine. Have rebooted several times no luck!

That's an absolute nightmare . I messaged my dad (also on Sky) and his also appears to be down and he's local to me 

 

so I'm wondering what the heck's going on

More than an hour - I did it once left the hub unplugged for half and hour did it again same results 

 

 

I did the test again approximately twenty minutes ago no change
